Brand & Marketing Designer, Anima

• 3-5 years of brand and marketing design experience, ideally in fast-paced creative environments or tech companies
• Motion design proficiency—you're comfortable creating videos, animations, and dynamic content that moves (literally)
• An exceptional eye for aesthetics—your work is polished, on-trend, and shows deep understanding of composition, color, and typography
• Strong design fundamentals across digital and print, with a portfolio that demonstrates range and creativity
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, or similar
• Collaborative spirit—you thrive working alongside an Art Director, taking creative direction while bringing your own ideas to the table
• B2B design sensibility—you understand how to create sophisticated, credible content that speaks to business audiences
• Self-sufficient workflow—you can take a brief and run with it, managing your projects from concept to delivery
• Based in Europe with legal right to work under B2B contract

• You'll be the creative force behind Anima's brand presence, working directly with Ogi, our Art Director, to bring bold visual ideas to life
• This is a hands-on role where your creativity and execution skills will shape how the world sees us
• Craft compelling brand assets that make people stop scrolling—from social media content to campaign visuals that capture attention and drive engagement
• Turning Anima’s product features and UI into strong marketing materials — using storytelling, visuals, and motion to highlight real value and connect with our audience
• Bring stories to motion by designing and producing videos, animations, and motion graphics that communicate our message with style and impact
• Collaborate closely with Ogi as his creative partner—brainstorming concepts together, iterating on ideas, and getting his sign-off on your work
• Be the extra pair of hands when campaigns heat up, jumping in to support on everything from quick turnarounds to ambitious creative projects
• Maintain our visual identity across all marketing touchpoints, ensuring every piece of content feels unmistakably Animaapp
• Design for B2B audiences who expect sophistication—creating materials that resonate with business decision-makers while maintaining creative edge
• Experiment and push boundaries with new visual styles, trends, and techniques that keep our brand fresh and relevant
