Who you are
- We’re seeking motivated and competitive Sales Development Representatives who thrive in fast-paced sales environments with quick sales cycles
- Proven experience in high-volume inside sales (B2B)
- A track record of consistently exceeding targets
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, and Outreach
- Strong phone presence and resilience, comfortable with spending significant time on the phone
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation abilities
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Bilingual in French and English (verbal and written) is an asset

What the job involves
- As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Humi, you’ll master the art of quick sales cycles, work alongside a top-performing team, and receive expert training to accelerate your career
- With a clear path to becoming an Account Executive and a commitment to promoting from within, this is your chance to launch your sales career to new heights
- As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our Canadian sales team under the guidance of the Head of Sales
- Your focus will be driving a surge in qualified leads and opportunities, contributing directly to our bold goal of transforming workforce management at Humi
- You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working closely with Account Executives, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and booking in demos
- Through strategic prospecting, engaging communication, and strong relationship-building, you’ll empower businesses to thrive and employees to excel with our innovative solutions
- Initiating contact with potential customers through inbound and outbound inquiries to source new sales opportunities
- Conducting discovery calls to effectively understand customer needs and requirements
- Routing promising opportunities to the appropriate Account Executives for further development and closure
- Conducting thorough account research, identifying key decision-makers, and generating interest in our offerings
- Maintaining and growing your prospect database within your assigned segment
- Collaborating on delivering engaging online demos to prospects as needed

With substantial Series B funding awarded in 2022, Humi hopes to meet the growing demand for its products and services by further developing Humi’s software as Canada’s only true all-in-one people solution.
