Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, with a focus on technology solutions
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in a highly competitive, digital sales environment (e.g. SaaS) or Consulting and a proven track-record with Germany‘s TOP 100 companies
  • Strong knowledge and experience in cloud computing, DaaS, or related technology domains (depending on your background)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with c-level stakeholders
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales productivity tools
  • You speak German and English fluently

What the job involves

  • You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by acquiring and expanding key accounts
  • Ideally you join with your own book of business and a certain track record in a specific industry vertical
  • You will be responsible for building and maintaining C-Level relationships with enterprise-level customers, understanding their business needs, and proposing innovative solutions
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solution architects, business development and customer success teams, to deliver comprehensive sales solutions
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide consultative advice to ensure customer success and satisfaction
  • Manage your robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast revenue on a regular basis

Our take

Providing smartphones to employees can be a taxing and costly process for businesses, particularly in cases of loss or accidental damage. Stress is often placed on the IT department to run this side of operations, which takes time away from more important business matters. As well as this, insurance companies often also create a long, drawn-out process that disrupts the phone replacement timeline, again causing a knock-on effect with business matters.

Everphone runs on a phone-as-a-service platform to cover the end-to-end process for smartphone provision. Businesses subscribe to the mobiles, and in case of loss or damage, the company provides replacement devices within a day. Such a model is also higher in sustainability; after the employee is done with the smartphone, the devices are either refurbished or sent off to a new location.

A funding round that secured $200M at the end of 2021 was followed by a further $32 million in 2022. This has allowed Everphone to confidently look to the future, building its stock and ramping up sales. The company served over 1,000 companies, and has signed long-term contracts with enterprises such as Henkel. This is clear evidence of the company’s growing momentum.
