Product Operations Associate, EvenUp

• We’re hiring a Product Operations Associate* to help operationalize and scale our AI-powered products
• This role sits at the intersection of Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations, ensuring that AI-driven features are accurate, understandable, and reliable for customers
• You’ll work on complex, cross-functional problems where legal judgment, data quality, and system design intersect
• You'll partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Science teams to support the development and launch of AI-powered features
• Design, test, and refine the logic, prompts, and workflows that drive AI-generated insights
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, clarity, and consistency; identify gaps and recommend improvements
• Help define clear inputs, outputs, and dependencies across AI-driven workflows
• Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, and internal guidance to support consistent execution
• Identify operational risks, quality issues, or ambiguity early and work cross-functionally to resolve them
• Act as a cross-functional connector, translating between technical, legal, and operational perspectives
• Support client-facing teams by enabling scalable customization and troubleshooting complex issues when needed
