Who you are
- At least 3 years experience in a product marketing role
- Proven experience owning GTM strategies
- Comfortable working independently and building the PMM function from the ground up
- Highly effective cross-functional team management
- Previous experience delivering finely-tuned product marketing strategies
- Proven ability to pick up new technologies quickly
- Comfortable prioritizing and managing multiple products across multiple communities
What the job involves
- You’ll be the ultimate advocate and voice of the customer. Through surveys, 1:1 interviews, and focus groups, you’ll be working across products and departments to drive customer-focused change throughout the business
- Mining the market for trends, intel, and opportunities, you’ll be a key cog in helping us identify new opportunities and owning the strategies that help us tap into them
- From features to markets to products, you’ll be the internal go-to when it comes to building and executing Go-to-Market strategies
- From prosumer all the way through to six-figure enterprise sales, you’ll work closely with the marketing and sales team to create compelling enablement assets that help internal teams sell more effectively
- Would this even be a PMM job description without mentioning positioning and messaging?! You’ll be the sole owner of ensuring our positioning and messaging resonate with market needs and goals, and that we’re using cutting-edge storytelling techniques
- Building personas, ensuring adoption, and rolling out hyper-focused ICPs for the marketing, sales, and customer success teams to create super-personalised and segmented customer journeys
- Working with the Product Manager to ensure our product roadmaps are in-line with customer and market needs
- Direct line management of the Head of Customer Success
