Senior User Acquisition Manager, Crunchyroll

• 12+ years of professional experience
• A minimum of 6 years experience running UA within the mobile game industry
• Demonstrated ability to meet revenue goals and drive post-app install metrics
• Experienced with self service optimization on user acquisition campaign channels such as Facebook Ads, Tik Tok, Google Ads, Vungle, IronSource and more
• Proficiency in Excel and the analysis it pertains to the position
• Skilled in data synthesis and developing narratives to communicate results
• Knowledge of analytical tools such as Tableau, Sensor Tower & Data.ai
• Kind, collaborative, and self-motivated with a stellar work ethic

Desirable

• Paid media planning and campaign development working within a fixed budget
• Manage, implement & execute campaigns across various ad platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, Adnetworks, DSPs, ReEngagement partners, etc
• Optimize and analyze campaign results to fine-tune budget allocations
• Track KPIs, provide reports, optimize and analyze campaign results to fine-tune budget allocations
• Work closely with existing media partners for campaign optimization
• Develop & test new media partners
• Keep up with industry trends and new UA opportunities
• Partner closely with our analytics team to measure effectiveness, drive efficiency, and develop impactful insights across the organization
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative Services & vendors on the ideation & development of creative assets (including static/video/playable assets used for paid channels)
• Run Creative A/B tests
• Coordinate with other UA team members, Marketing Managers & Social Team to ensure alignment across Crunchyroll Games marketing strategy and prioritization
