Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Business)
- 5+ years of experience in a sales engineering, solutions consulting, or technical consulting role within the enterprise software space, preferably with a focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), or related solutions
- Demonstrated ability to build trust with executive audiences
- Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of technology solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent technical presentation skills, in particular through technology demo’s
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with senior stakeholders
- Experience managing technical evaluations (POCs)
- Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain software architecture, integration methods (APIs, etc.), and data flows
- Experience with data analytics, AI/ML concepts, and their application in a business context is a significant plus
- Some understanding of core supply chain processes, for example including planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution is a plus
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally for customer meetings

- You have an extensive understanding of typical large enterprise systems and how they might integrate into transformational AI approaches
- You have a deep curiosity to learn the customers’ unique culture and processes in order to tailor the best possible solution for their needs
- Develop and maintain deep technical and functional expertise in Regrello’s solutions, including its AI/ML capabilities and integration points
- Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops to executive and technical audiences, clearly articulating the value proposition
- Effectively address technical questions, navigate complex solution discussions, and overcome objections during the sales process
- Quantify the potential business value (ROI, cost savings, efficiency gains) that clients can achieve by adopting Regrello’s solutions
- Plan, execute, and manage technical Proof of Concepts to demonstrate the feasibility and value of our solution in a client's specific environment
- Contribute to the development of sales tools, training materials, and best practices to enhance the sales team's technical understanding and selling effectiveness
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies in the supply chain and AI space
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation focused on the client’s long-term objectives
- Provide feedback to the Product and Engineering teams based on client interactions and market insights to help shape the future direction of our platform
