• Experience contributing to MI, data analytics, and discovery projects
• Ability to analyse data sources, define business questions and metrics, and support dashboard/visualisation design (Power BI, Tableau)
• Proactive and self-motivated, able to drive outcomes while developing confidence and independence
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt when challenges are unclear or complex
• Confident engaging with stakeholders across different levels
• Skilled in eliciting and refining business requirements (workshops, interviews, workflow mapping)
• Familiar with Agile ways of working and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello)
• Proficient in developing Epics, Use Cases, and User Stories with scenario-based acceptance criteria
• Awareness of relational data modelling, ETL, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Awareness of Data Science, AI, and big data principles

• We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Business Analysis Practice delivering data-focused projects in the defence sector
