Role
Who you are
- Demonstrable experience in influencer marketing (brand or agency side)
- A strong track record of implementing Influencer Marketing processes at growing companies to deliver measurable results
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - you’re just as comfortable nurturing long-term partnerships as you are negotiating paid campaigns
- You don’t wait for a to-do list, you spot opportunities, prioritise what matters, and take initiative to drive meaningful results
- Experience with influencer/affiliate platforms (e.g., LTK, Aspire, AWIN, etc.)
- A good working understanding of Shopify would be beneficial but is not essential
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with PR, Acquisition, Commercial, and local marketing teams across differing timezones
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
What the job involves
- We're looking for a proactive, relationship driven, commercially minded Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to take our existing strategy and run with it
- This globally focussed role will be central to making influencer and affiliate marketing a high-performing, revenue-generating channel for Yoto across our key markets globally
- We make carefully connected audio players that kids control, with no microphones, cameras or ads
- You’ll be responsible for creating and executing effective influencer marketing strategies that build brand awareness, engagement and sales
- The role requires a deep understanding and passion for influencer marketing and requires great relationship building skills, creative ideas, the ability to write brilliant briefs, and strong analytical skills
- You’ll manage external resources responsible for the day-to-day execution across platforms, and you’ll lead reporting and optimisation, working cross-functionally with our PR, growth, and commercial teams as well as local Marketing teams
- In some markets you will have access to freelance resources, in others, agencies
- Own and execute our influencer and affiliate strategy with a focus on building brand awareness and driving revenue growth
- Cultivate strong, ongoing relationships with a wide range of creators, especially those with large and highly engaged audiences
- Coordinate closely with the PR and social teams on identifying the right talent and relationship building to identify new partners
- Partner with the Commercial and DTC teams to identify influencer-driven promotion moments and content needs
- Monitor performance and track KPIs, including transactions, revenue, CAC, and ROI
- Identify and test new platforms, tools, and tactics for scalable growth
- Maintain and evolve internal tracking, databases, and reporting dashboards
- Keep Yoto at the forefront of influencer trends, consistently bringing fresh ideas to the table

Our take
A key development in the last 5 years has been a move towards screen-based kids entertainment like apps and streaming services. However, more recently there have been concerns that excessive screen time for children can be damaging to health and development. So, many consumers are looking for alternative products which will expose children to modernity without the drawbacks of many modern devices. This is the demand which Yoto is setting out to capitalise on.
Yoto's product - a screen-free audio platform - enables children to access features such as audiobooks, podcasts, and soundscapes via physical cards inserted into the device. The Yoto Player has received considerable early praise from consumers and from investors also, who granted Yoto considerable funding.
Perhaps the most difficult challenge for a business operating in the highly competitive children's toys market is keeping its product current. However, Yoto's software is fully customisable, meaning that alongside its library of content, parents can add their own audio files to the device to suit the interests of their children. This imbibes Yoto with a customisability that gives it an edge, especially as children's tastes change with age.
