Role
Who you are
- Product Experience: You have at least two years of experience in product management, building digital products or the underlying product strategy (e.g. as Product Manager, Product Owner, Service Designer, Project Lead), ideally in a SaaS environment
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You have an entrepreneurial mindset, “can-do” attitude and go the extra mile to quickly build and iterate on prototypes and identify new product opportunities
- Structure and Prioritization: You have a knack for structuring and breaking down complex challenge, have an affinity for numbers and the technical background to make informed and quick decisions which ideas are meaningful to pursue together with your tech colleagues
- Sprint Management: You are proficient in structuring, managing and successfully completing software development sprints in an agile environment
- Design Intuition: You have an eye for design and ideally experience using Figma. Together with the frontend engineer you are able to build visually appealing prototypes and products with a good user experience even without having a full time UI/UX person in your time
- Communication Skills: You have strong communication skills and are excited to engage with stakeholders across many departments with various backgrounds (e.g. CX operations, legal, sales) as well as within your cross-functional team in a hybrid working environment. Proficiency of min. C1 in German and English is a must
What the job involves
- For the continued growth of our founder-led company, we're currently seeking you as a Product Manager (m/f/d) for our Software-as-a-Service platform
- In this role, you'll hold a key position in the development of our software platform, enabling you to unleash your entrepreneurial passion
- You'll be responsible for planning, implementing, and continuously improving a platform product within our rapidly growing organization
- Collaborating closely with a team of frontend, backend, and AI engineers, as well as UX specialists, you'll lead the development of a new product for renowned clients
- Ownership: As Product Manager within one of our product teams you will be responsible to bring new (AI) features to our platform and identify opportunities for standalone new (AI) products that generate additional revenue
- Freedom: You have the freedom to strongly shape new products from inception, bring in your own ideas and work with your team members and stakeholders to prioritize what brings the most value
- Innovation: You will work with a stellar team of Engineers to bring cutting edge technology onto our platform and into new products. Your work will cover a wide range of topics from building small MVPs and pilots to large scale production systems that process thousands of calls per day
- Impact: This position gives you the opportunity to work with stakeholders to define the concrete product roadmap which reflects the overall company goals and priorities. By successfully managing product cycles you will then make this roadmap a reality
