Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in business analytics or a related field, with at least 1 year of people leadership experience
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (i.e. SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with business intelligence software and data visualization tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, or equivalent work experience
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and business metrics
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and critical thinking
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Collaboration and adaptability in working with cross-functional teams
What the job involves
- As a Manager, Business Analytics, you lead a team of analysts to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization
- You oversee the development and implementation of business analytics strategies that provide actionable insights and recommendations
- By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you ensure data is leveraged to optimize business processes, improve performance, and support strategic initiatives
- You are responsible for mentoring your team, delivering business intelligence solutions, and supporting leadership in making informed, data-backed decisions

- Manage and mentor a team of business analysts to ensure effective delivery of analytics projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and define data requirements
- Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support business decision-making
- Oversee the creation of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that provide actionable insights
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across analytics reports and processes
- Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Work with IT and engineering teams to ensure proper data collection, storage, and accessibility
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of business strategies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and analytics best practices to drive

Housecall Pro offers an all-in-one business management app for home-services professionals operating HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and landscaping businesses.
The resurgent home services market is expected to be worth well over $1 trillion by 2030. With the vast majority of businesses in the space either small or medium sized, there’s obvious value in backend software to take care of laborious but necessary admin in one place.
After five years as a Board Member, Michael Beaudoin became CEO in 2020 to help lead the company’s expansion. Considering that Beaudoin previously spent 13 years at the helm of highly successful home contractor marketplace HomeAdvisor, this seemed to be a shrewd move.
Indeed, the decision has been validated by the company’s 50% year over year growth since then, coupled with its major fundraising efforts and continued expansion within the US and Canada.
