Who you are
- Based in Europe
- Have worked in an SA role and have a strong understanding of localization via working for an LSP or Localization team
- Experience in SAAS onboarding and platform migrations is preferable
- Experience in integration projects involving API and connectors is a plus
- Hands-on machine translation and LLM-based product experience is a plus
- Software development experience, specifically scripting experience, in Python, C#, JavaScript, Google App Script, Ruby, or PowerShell a bonus
- Technical proficiency in content-related solutions and systems
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Ability to drive multiple projects toward completion in parallel
What the job involves
- As a Senior Solution Architect (EMEA Region) you will be acting as a consultant to our customers making sure that they get the best out of our platforms whilst actively leading the technical vision to success. You will play a central role in Phrase’s efforts to introduce and successfully implement cutting edge localization solutions into some of the biggest and most varied businesses in the Americas region
- Being a subject matter expert in translation and localization process optimization and best practices
- Understanding and aligning customer technology stack to optimize localization process
- Supporting customers during the onboarding process with planning, implementation and training based on their requirements
- Supporting Customer Success Managers for complex technical customer queries
- Auditing existing customer configurations and making recommendations to optimize their production with the latest platform technologies
- Working closely with the product team to make sure that customer requirements are mapped and understood
- Tracking existing technology solutions and following the latest trends and developments in the localization industry
- Attending trade shows, speaking at conferences, and maintaining a visible presence through social platforms
