Who you are
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing project or campaign management
- High-intensity, resourceful, and ability to move fast with highly effective campaigns
- Great understanding across different sports disciplines
- Top-notch relationship development and management skills
- Capable of working independently, proactively creating plans from the ground up
- A strong, proactive communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done and grow the business

What the job involves
- The Brand Partnerships Specialist will own all of Eight Sleep’s sports and brand partnerships campaigns, maximizing return on investment and ensuring the right brand positioning in all customer touchpoints
- Own the execution of our global athlete and sports team contracts
- Source and lead all brand partnerships with third parties, boosting brand awareness
- Manage multiple Strava campaigns
- Lead bulk purchase deals, orchestrating execution across departments
- Revamp Eight Sleep’s Athlete Program, creating a scalable approach to work with athletes worldwide
- Collaborate with our brand team on impactful sports marketing campaigns across all our regions
- Analyze campaign results and learnings, reporting tothe leadership team the impact on the business and roadmap forward

The last decade has seen a major uptick in the number of startups and companies dedicated to supporting consumers to build good health habits, typically around food and fitness. That enthusiasm is now quite rightly being extended to how we sleep.
Eight Sleep makes “smart” mattresses and mattress covers (for regular mattresses) that use machine learning and other artificial intelligence-based algorithms to improve your sleep both by changing temperature and monitoring other physical parameters to provide an overall picture of your health.
The company is focused on two levers for growth. First, building out more technology through additional products and acquisitions, exemplified by the introduction of Span Health’s fitness-tracking app. Secondly, international expansion in Europe, where it has got off to an impressive start in the UK.
