What the job involves

As a pivotal addition to our dynamic team, you'll dive deep into the heart of our app, analyzing and reimagining the user journey
To pinpoint potential failure points and orchestrate a design revolution that elevates our gifting experience to unprecedented heights
You'll propose innovative designs, demonstrating their efficacy and aligning them with our ultimate OKR: to build the best gifting/D2C experience on the planet
User Journey Analysis: Embark on a deep dive into our app, mapping out the user journey to identify and analyze potential failure points
Design Innovation: Propose and develop groundbreaking UI/UX and branding solutions that enhance the user experience from start to finish
Impact Demonstration: Show us the power of your designs, explaining how they address failure points and why they're the game-changers we need
Collaboration and Leadership: Work hand-in-hand with our development, product, and marketing teams to bring your visionary designs to life
