Who you are
- Are you passionate about building lasting relationships and ensuring customers achieve exceptional results? Do you thrive on driving value for clients and turning that success into long-term growth through upselling and expansion? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
- You have at least a bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, and you have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a SaaS company
- Building a great customer journey and seeing customers who are happy with your product is what makes you get out of bed in the morning
- You can develop a professional, but also a warm and pleasant relationship with your client contacts
- You get a kick out of analysing and optimising processes
- You'll be working with people in senior management, so you make sure you know your stuff and you come to every meeting prepared. You can get your message across to all kinds of people in all kinds of departments (facilities, supply chain, operations, IT, finance, …)
- You are diplomatic, but can be assertive when you have to
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German are a must
- You see the importance of Information Security & Cyber Security, and you act accordingly. Within Peripass, we see these aspects as fundamental to our business, since our software automates critical parts of our clients' logistics processes
What the job involves
- As our Customer Success Manager DACH, you will play a key role in the entire customer journey, assisting in the implementation of our solution and ensuring that your customers continue to benefit from it, while also identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion
- Moreover, since you will be the voice of the customer within our company, you'll make a crucial contribution to the further development of the Peripass solution
- You manage the entire implementation of our solution and keep track of scope, time and budget. On these projects, you cooperate with our Implementation Consultants, who carry out the physical implementation of our solution on the customer sites
- You guide customers through the QuickStart onboarding journey and drive early value realisation, while empowering customers to confidently adopt and configure the solution themself
- You consistently maintain excellent customer success by being in close contact with your customers and ensuring they receive the maximum return on their investment in Peripass. To this end, you'll also cooperate closely with the Customer Support Advisor to solve more complex issues that customers face
- You can take initiatives to improve our processes in Customer Success, to make our customers even happier with Peripass
- You drive growth in your customer portfolio and assist the sales team by spotting cross-selling opportunities
- You'll have the opportunity to work from home whenever you want. From this personal 'HQ', you will be on the road often, working at our customers' sites. Every 6 weeks, you'll come over to the offices in Ghent to catch up with the colleagues and the vibe at the office

Our take
Warehouses and production lines increasingly employ technology to boost efficiency, but businesses often give little thought to supply-chain logistics beyond their facilities. Peripass provides yard management software for logistics and production sites, allowing them a better view of the arrival and departure times of trucks, to reduce loading and unloading wait-times across the industry.
Founded in 2016, Peripass aims to combat the inefficiency that surrounds trucks entering and leaving sites. This means the right goods are sent to the right gates, and are received by the right people, and also allows the business to avoid unnecessary waiting costs – which Peripass claims can be reduced by 85% overall with its technology.
Peripass is active at more than 120 logistics and production sites across Europe, boasting an impressive client list. Investment in the company has gone towards improving product utility, with further funds expected to enable the company to scale with the growing supply chain management industry.
