- You’re a developer with a passion for infrastructure

- Experience with Kubernetes GitOps tools

What the job involves
- We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our BUX-based team in Amsterdam
- Engineering is at the heart of BUX, and we are proud of our engineering culture
- The BUX DevOps team is a group of cross-functional experts with a deep understanding of software development, infrastructure management, and security
- We work closely with other development teams to understand their needs and build a platform that meets those needs
- Own, maintain, and improve the critical infrastructure behind BUX, including several GKE clusters, Cassandra, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, and MySQL clusters
- Introduce more automation, audit, and access control
- Improve infrastructure and application security
- Own and maintain our monitoring and alerting system
- Facilitate and adhere to DevOps practices, such as Infrastructure as Code, and work on improving the developers' experience
- Our infrastructure is made of Terraform and Github Actions so that we spend minimum time deploying new features
- You will be part of the DevOps team, where you collaborate with your peers on a company-wide DevOps vision and strategy

- Final interview: In this final conversation, our goal is to ensure all your doubts or questions are addressed. You'll have the chance to meet both the people you'll be working closely with day-to-day and potential stakeholders
