Who you are
- 1-2 years experience in a similar client-facing, customer service roles
- Demonstrate exceptional customer handling, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to move quickly between customer queries and operational issues
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace and contribute to a positive, kind and respectful workplace culture
- Driven to deliver first-class service and exceed customer expectations, with an exceptional attention to detail

- Building out an outstanding delivery experience is all about support and trust for every delivery
- Our customer support team is a crucial part of this delivery journey, providing end recipients with the visibility and information they need to have a smooth experience
- As Customer Support Associate, you will have the opportunity to shape the HIVED brand experience for end-recipients, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our commitment to excellent service
- In this role, maintaining industry-leading response and resolution times is key, with a goal of responding to customers quickly and solving their core operational queries
- Success in this role will depend not only on helping to solve, but also on thinking critically about how customer issues are handled and whether we can do better to improve their experience
- Please note that this is a shift-based role
- You will work a 4-on-4-off pattern (4 days of work, followed by 4 days off to rest and restore)
- Shifts are day time 12 hours in length

Parcel delivery currently relies on fossil-fuel powered vans for the most part — and they pollute the air we breathe, emit large amounts of CO₂ and congest our cities. HIVED offers an alternative: 100% electric delivery, cutting emissions by up to 76%.
The company's technology is so efficient, it can match – or sometimes even be cheaper – than the current high-emission carriers. HIVED has fundamentally set itself apart from larger competitors by cutting their emissions by 76%, which will be a significant advantage as the UK is witnessing a green economic boom in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.
The industry's expansion grew to $141.05 bn globally in 2025, which will undoubtedly be underpinned by a push towards sustainability. HIVED is well-positioned to capitalise on this, particularly if it can maintain its current high standards off the back of its impressive 2025 Series B investment round.
