Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate has Management Consulting experience in the Healthcare space and is an expert at building deep relationships with large, complex clients
- 5+ years of applicable experience in healthcare/population health or management consulting
- Graduate degree preferred (MBA, MPH)
- Proven track record exceeding ARR goals and client satisfaction across a book of business
- A strong team player who can work with multiple functions within the company with the ability to effectively escalate to leadership matters that have a strategic impact
- Stellar written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized, able to multitask, and easily adaptable to change
- Entrepreneurial, self-sufficient, and thrives in fast-paced environments
- Willing to travel 30%
What the job involves
- We have a new opportunity for an Associate Director, Client Success within our Client Success team
- With excellent communication skills, you will work cross-functionally with our internal customer success, business development, and sales teams
- Lead Hello Heart’s strategic accounts with end-to-end ownership of client lifecycle for Fortune 500 clients, including, but not limited to member adoption, account retention, and growth
- Strong executive presence with the ability to present the Hello Heart value proposition
- Own all aspects of customer renewals, revenue retention, and growth
- Develop relationships with customers at the C-Suite level that provide insight into their company goals and strategies
- Provide an important customer and user voice, work with the product team on identifying the ideal user experience and champion new product offerings with your customers
- Develop strategic customer strategies to support customer growth and retention while presenting client results and identifying opportunities to increase member satisfaction

Hello Heart is a medical tech company that helps its users achieve lifestyle changes that will reduce their risk of heart disease, using artificial intelligence, behavioral science, a digital coaching app and connected monitoring tools to achieve this
Hello Heart is offered as a service to individuals via its app and to employers and health insurance who can offer it as a perk to their employees or customers. While other solutions exist, such as a plethora of health-related, gamified apps and coaching services, Hello Heart is somewhat unique with its membership of the American Heart Association's Innovator's Network, giving its solution a great deal of credibility compared to its rivals. Indeed, Hello Heart drives down health care costs by almost $2000 a year per user, which has led to it being offered as a perk by companies such as Delta Airlines and Northwestern Mutual.
Hello Heart has raised a significant amount of funding, most recently in 2022 which saw it closing a Series D round. It is currently focusing on R&D efforts to improve the AI underpinning its technology, allowing it to add new and more thorough health tracking and coaching capabilities. With a popular and effective solution to a growing problem, Hello Heart is well poised to continue its run of success.
