Role
Who you are
- 2+ years in an outbound BDR or SDR role, ideally in SaaS, tech, or marketing solutions
- A track record of consistently hitting outbound activity and meeting targets
- Fluent, confident communication in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Comfort with structured sequencing tools and a CRM (HubSpot experience is a plus)
- The instinct to read outreach data and adjust your messaging and sequencing fast
- You recognise and handle objections with ease, probing until you understand the real need behind them
- A self-starter mindset: you take ownership of your number without needing to be managed
- Familiarity with the Benelux market and performance marketing (a strong plus)
- Living and working in The Netherlands (must)

What the job involves
- As BDR you are the tip of the spear for our growth in the Benelux
- You own the top of the funnel: finding the right brands, opening the right conversations, and generating the qualified pipeline our commercial team turns into revenue
- Every meeting you book and every relationship you open helps build Billy Grace's presence in the market
- Your work is the first thing a future client experiences of us, and it sets the tone for everything that follows
- Outbound prospecting Benelux:
- You own outbound prospecting for the Benelux market
- You research and target the right brands
- You run high-volume, high-quality sequences across phone, video, email, and LinkedIn to open conversations
- You qualify through structured discovery, so you understand a prospect's business, challenges, and whether there's a real fit before booking a meeting
- When there's a fit, you hand a well-qualified opportunity to one of our Account Managers
- You follow it through so it converts into genuine pipeline rather than a no-show
- CRM and data:
- You keep your CRM clean and current
- Every touchpoint logged, every stage up to date, so the whole team can rely on the numbers
- Experiment and share:
- You treat your outreach as an experiment: you test messaging, read the response data, and share what works and what doesn't with the team
- Measurable success (your ownership):
- Consistent daily outreach across calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualified demos booked each month
- A strong conversion rate from outreach to meeting
- Pipeline that meets our quality bar rather than just volume
- You track your own progress instead of waiting to be asked
