Role
Who you are
- As this is an entry level role, no direct experience needed, although some sales experience would be an advantage
- Confidence in speaking to new people and approaching new customers
- People orientated and a first class relationship builder

- Self-starting & self-motivated, can work independently and manage your time effectively as you will be predominantly travelling around London to key stores

What the job involves
- Reporting to: Sales team
- Contract type: Fixed term (3 months) and full time (5 days)
- Working hours: 40 hours a week including a paid lunch hour. Flexible start (between 8am and 10am and finish (between 4pm and 6pm) times
- This autumn, you'll be the face of MOTH across one of our key London territories— SW, Central, East or North—bringing the brand to life where it matters most: in stores, on the streets, and in front of customers
- Partner with our Convenience and Wholesale team to get MOTH into new convenience stores, support wholesale depot activity, and lead in-store sampling sessions (note: some of these may be on weekends but you would get time back in lieu)
- Collaborate with our marketing team to amplify MOTH’s brand in independent and convenience outlets—where we often have the biggest impact
- Visit top-performing stores weekly to build strong relationships with store managers across key accounts including Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Tesco, Coop, and others
- Drive brand visibility and product availability through creative, proactive engagement with those store teams
- Spot opportunities to expand MOTH’s presence, increase sales, and ensure we’re always looking our best
- Report back on competitor activity and share valuable insights—not just in RTDs, but across relevant categories
- Take ownership of your top store sales numbers

- Think big and act bold—bring fresh, creative ideas to keep MOTH front of mind
- Pitch exciting, innovative activation ideas to our Off-Trade team to shape the future of how MOTH shows up in the real world
