Who you are

Proficiency in spoken and written English

Superior organizational skills and adeptness in time management

Proficient with modern computer tools. You will be using Asana, Slack, Notion, and Google Docs heavily
Physical ability to lift heavy items, such as restocking shelves with water
Willingness to travel within the USA as required, including assistance with conference equipment management

What the job involves

Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM, EST
Travel Required: Yes, up to 20%
Reports to: Head of Operations
Fundraise Up seeks a versatile and highly organized Personal Assistant to support our executive team
Coordinate travel, schedule meetings, and manage email correspondence for the executive team
Perform a range of personal errands for executives to enhance their focus on company operations, including managing meals, transportation, bill payments, and personal tasks
Maintain the office environment, including supply inventory, logistics, and equipment management
Facilitate the planning and implementation of company-wide events and meetings
Ensure smooth onboarding for new team members
Occasional work outside business hours or on weekends
