Who you are

Experience Level: Senior
Passion for building scalable and maintainable software—whether developing new features, creating APIs, or optimizing legacy code
5+ years of experience in back-end development using Java (version 11 or later)
2+ years of hands-on experience with Go (Golang) in production environments
Solid experience with Spring Boot and RESTful API development
Familiar with front-end frameworks such as React—you may not be an expert, but you can navigate and collaborate across the stack
Experience working with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL, and familiarity with ORMs such as Hibernate/JPA
Proficient in event-driven architectures and messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Amazon SQS
Experienced in designing and consuming OpenAPI/Swagger specifications
2+ years of hands-on experience working in AWS environments using services like Lambda, Cognito, DynamoDB, and RDS
Comfortable working with containerized applications using Docker, and deploying them using CI/CD pipelines
Strong understanding of microservices architectures and distributed systems
Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Strong attention to code quality, including writing unit and integration tests and maintaining high test coverage
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of contributing to large, collaborative team projects
Reliable high-speed internet is a must!

Desirable

Experience with AWS ECS, Fargate, and infrastructure-as-code tools (like Terraform or CloudFormation)
Experience in full-stack development where you’ve delivered back-end and occasionally pitched in on the front-end
Previous work on high-traffic, resilient systems built within microservices architectures
