Who you are
- 🕵🏻♀️ has 5+ years in SaaS sales leadership, building & coaching high performing teams and individuals
- 👨🏻💻 has previous experience selling into B2B (with SaaS platforms is a plus) and was responsible for their entire sales cycle from prospecting to sales

What the job involves
- We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Manager to build and lead a new team of sellers. In this role, you will own revenue generation, coaching/development and performance of 8 mid-market Account Executives
- Own team quotas, forecast accurately, and drive consistent monthly attainment
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Monitor team's performance and provide guidance to achieve individual and team goals
- Monitor pipeline health and ensure reps adhere to a structured sales process
- Participate in key prospect calls, negotiations, and deal strategy discussions
- Refine sales messaging, discovery frameworks, and objection-handling techniques
- Ensure full adoption of CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong)
- Partner with Sales Enablement and Marketing to equip reps with competitive intel, product updates, and sales assets,
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sellers
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback through weekly 1:1s, team meetings and ad-hoc training
- Foster a positive and motivated sales culture within the team
- Collaborate with North American Head of Sales to develop strategies aligned with business objectives
- Analyze market trends, prospect needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and implement sales plans and initiatives to expand market share
- Deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Provide accurate, timely forecasting to Head of Sales
- Analyze sales data to uncover trends, and improvement opportunities, adjusting strategy based on insights
