Who you are
- In this context, we are looking for smart, process-organized, customer-focused individuals to make our clients super happy within our Customer Care Team
- Fluency in English and Italian expected, additional language(s) are a strong plus: Spanish and/or French
- You have a taste for customer relations
- You have a professional and positive communication style
- You adapt to change and are comfortable with ambiguity
- You have a team spirit
- You have a strong interest in Art/Luxury sectors
- You’re familiar with IT tools, experience with a CRM software (HubSpot) is a plus
What the job involves
- Founded in 2017, Singulart is an online art gallery dedicated to helping artists brave the international barriers of the art market. On a daily basis, we work to promote talented artists from 120 countries and sell their work to collectors around the world
- Please note that the duration of this internship is 6 months, and one weekend day is required per month
- Managing all post-sale communication with your clients
- Keeping up to date on all post-sale tasks and proactively reaching out with regular updates to accompany clients
- Apply the right tone of voice in each situation regarding our quality standards: whether the customer is happy or angry, you respond to their emotions with empathy and professionalism
- Work closely with Sales and Logistics teams to anticipate issues and create a seamless experience

Our take
Parisian Singulart aims to be the one-stop shop for people who are ready to invest in some upscale home decor. A large part of its pitch is built on its support for artists, with all the art and furniture listed on its site being the work of independent creators rather than mass-produced.
This means that every piece is unique, allowing the marketplace to stand out from many of its peers. Interestingly, it also boasts that half its artists are women, which is a rarity in the art world. It has partnerships with some more well-known artists, as well as operating a sister site - balthasart - for emerging creators.
Singulart has built a sizeable user base, and it's gallery lists the work of thousands of artists and designers from over 100 countries. It has more recently implemented an AI search feature which allows users to find art by using natural language, and moves like this will cement its strong position in the art sales space.
