What the job involves
- Develop and execute a community strategy to grow and engage Musiversal's music creator community in LA
- Create, organize, and run engaging music events that bring immense value to attendees
- Develop unique event concepts that inspire, educate, and connect musicians and creators
- Assemble the necessary team and resources to execute events successfully
- Drive organic community growth, increasing Musiversal's presence in LA
- Measure and improve key community-driven company metrics, such as sign-ups and subscriptions
- Foster a vibrant and engaged community, ensuring a positive experience for members
