- Re-enforce and Evolve Company Culture – Foster a high-performance, mission-driven culture across our Brooklyn and Boston offices, ensuring alignment with our values as we grow
- Recruit & Retain Top Talent – Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract, hire, and retain world-class talent across all functions, optimizing for speed and quality
- Drive Leadership Development – Implement programs to develop managers and leaders, ensuring team members have clear career growth opportunities
- Optimize Onboarding & Employee Experience – Enhance onboarding, training, and engagement initiatives to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction
- Oversee Compensation & Benefits – Develop and manage competitive compensation, equity, and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent while staying aligned with financial goals
- Enhance Performance & Feedback Systems – Improve performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and real-time feedback loops
- Strengthen Internal Communication & Alignment – Ensure strong communication flows across teams, fostering transparency, trust, and collaboration
