What the job involves
- As an Enterprise Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted partner to our most strategic customers—driving adoption, expansion, and long-term success across multi-brand, multi-region accounts. You’ll lead complex enterprise relationships that span operators, executives, and product stakeholders, ensuring our customers achieve measurable outcomes and continued growth
- This is a foundational role in shaping PermitFlow’s enterprise customer motion. You’ll work directly with the CEO, VP of Sales, and cross-functional leadership to define how we grow our footprint across Enterprise Accounts, primarily in the Home Services space
- Own strategic relationships and a $5m+ book with enterprise customers, acting as the primary point of contact for executive, operational, and field stakeholders
- Partner with the CEO and VP of Sales to bring order to a new function—uncovering best practices, running experiments, and building a scalable motion for the Account Management team
- Lead customer success and expansion efforts across multiple divisions, brands, and geographies
- Develop and execute account plans to drive adoption, utilization, and renewals
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by deeply understanding customer goals, workflows, and growth plans
- Partner with Sales, Solutions, Product, and CS to ensure seamless onboarding, deployment, and long-term success
- Lead QBRs and executive reviews showcasing ROI, performance, and growth opportunities
- Forecast renewals, track expansion pipelines, and maintain accurate account health metrics
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers—translating PermitFlow’s platform capabilities into operational and financial value
- Provide structured customer feedback to Product and GTM teams to inform roadmap and strategy
