Who you are
- 5-8 years experience in graphic design, preferably including experience in B2B in-house environments
- Your passion and skill for design, with a mastery of Adobe Creative Suite. Additional experience with Figma, Canva, and animation tools is a huge plus
- Vector illustration talent to help us make complex concepts simple
- Problem-solving skills and a solution mindset
- An eye for process and keeping organized without overthinking it
- A desire to try new things and take creative risks
- Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
- An understanding of how to design for Wordpress and Marketo
- Strong collaboration and communication skills – and great chemistry with our team

What the job involves
- Cribl is hiring a Senior Creative Designer who will be a key contributor on the in-house creative services team. This individual will help us take the Cribl visual brand forward with their stellar creative concepts across a wide variety of marketing mediums. This role reports to the Director of Brand and Creative
- Shape the future of the Cribl brand both externally and internally through new brand element explorations
- Work with our campaigns and demand gen teams to concept and execute digital campaigns that drive results
- Drive a consistent and compelling event presence for Cribl in partnership with field and events teams
- Present creative concepts to senior leaders and use your expertise to help drive decisions
- Develop design systems in the digital design space, including web and email
- Represent the creative team in cross-functional efforts, and create design concepts for major announcements
- Work with agency partners to extend design concepts, animations, and video
- Design a wide variety of creative projects on behalf of creative services

In a bid to simplify big data analytics, Cribl offers a data observability pipeline which allows users to reduce low value data, improve routing and gain more data context on one interface.
As companies now collect more and more data from frequently scattered sources, its useability and reliability comes into question. By offering an observability service, Cribl allows users to maintain the health of their data systems by monitoring, tracking and troubleshooting issues.
Cribl's main challenge will be competing with the likes of Observe and Edge Delta. However, Cribl has raised impressive funds that should accelerate its transition from a limited tool vendor to a fully-fledged observability suite. The company also boasts surpassing $100 million in annual recurring revenue, having grown this from $1 million in less than four years.
