Company mission
To empower frontline employees by making knowledge and training accessible and engaging. 👩🏽🍳🧑🏼🏭
Role
Who you are
- At least one internship at a Tier A company: top-tier consulting, investment banking, VC/PE, or a fast-growing startup
- Currently enrolled at or recently graduated from a leading university (WHU, TUM, Mannheim or comparable)
- Structured and analytical: you turn ambiguous, messy problems into clear plans
- High agency: you don't wait for a task list, you find the highest-leverage thing to do
- Confident communicator, written and verbal, and comfortable pushing back when you disagree
- Fluent in German, confident in English; additional languages are a plus
What the job involves
- We're hiring a Founder's Associate Intern to work day to day with Max (Chief of Staff), with direct exposure to Deniz (Founder and CEO) and our department VPs
- This isn't a role with a fixed lane: you'll move across strategy, commercial and operations depending on what the business needs most that week
- Founder Leverage: Take ownership of whatever is highest priority for Max and Deniz in a given week
- Strategic Projects: Drive discrete, high-stakes projects end to end, from problem to recommendation to execution
- Market Intelligence: Research markets, competitors and customer segments to sharpen decisions on where Bounti plays next
- Cross-Functional Execution: Work across sales, product and people ops depending on what's needed, without waiting to be told which lane is yours
- Process and Structure: Build the systems and playbooks that let Bounti scale without losing speed
- Direct Exposure: Join calls with customers, investors and partners, and sit in on decisions most interns never see
- Founder Access: Sit close enough to see how real decisions get made, not the sanitised version
- Real Ownership: Visible, measurable impact on the business from week one
- Compressed Learning Curve: Strategy, operations, commercial and people, all at once
- Backed by Exceptional Investors: Top-tier VCs and investors including the founders of Framer and Indeed
- Career Launchpad: Strong performers have a clear path to a full-time role at Bounti
Our take
The majority of the global workforce spends their workday on their feet, yet most technology is designed for desk workers. To bridge this gap, Bounti introduced a mobile-first training and knowledge development platform designed specifically for the needs of the "deskless" workforce.
By leveraging the platform's app, employers can train their staff in a gamified and easily accessible manner, streamlining the onboarding and training processes. This approach enhances efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that valuable training resources are readily available to all employees regardless of their physical work environment.
Despite being a relatively young company, Bounti has already made significant strides in catering to numerous organisations and has secured seed funding in 2026 to enhance its platform. As the demand for reskilling workers continues to rise in the coming years, Bounti is paving the way by developing a robust learning infrastructure to tackle these challenges head-on.
