Role
Who you are
- A portfolio of designs which showcase the ability to simplify a complex workflow and a deep understanding of customer needs
- A few years of experience in high growth startup → Primarily so you can help us on our growth journey bringing elegant solutions to complicated workflows based on what you have seen worked/didn’t work
- Worked in a small family environment before → Essentially that will hopefully mean you know how to collaborate with family members (Product, Engineering, Customers)
- English 🇬🇧 & French 🇫🇷 language skills. Whilst most of our business communication is in English → Our product managers & tech team are based in France so being able to speak French will help us ship products faster
- Knowledge and understanding of design applications (aka Figma!) to get your work done
- A true passion for the design space. We want to hear everything design from design thinking, your take on the design sprints, who your influencers are, what great design looks like to you, and design books you love…
- Attention too detail (And yes, that was on purpose to make it stand out ). We are all about the detail and you will see this when we ask you questions about your portfolio
What the job involves
- You will be our 🥇st full-time product designer. That means you will get a lot of responsibility and equal support measures
- So whilst you will get the opportunity to design 🎨 all our features and products like any good family we will support you along the way
- Support in the way of providing industry insights and prioritising the design efforts to make sure you not only enjoy the work you do but can deliver the best quality designs of your career

- You will then have a first round interview centered around your portfolio, skills and experience with one of our product/engineering directors
- If successful, you will then have a real world interview with our product & engineering team who you will be working with at Cryptio
- Feedback/Offer and a chat on whether you had any queries as well
Our take
Cryptio provides financial institutions and crypto-native companies with institutional-grade accounting, auditing and tax software for digital assets. Its software allows users to visualize a picture of their digital asset activity and track their crypto and decentralized finance assets and transactions.
In short, Cryptio bridges the gap between digital asset activity and accounting obligations, providing users with a wide range of financial reporting tools that automate tax filing and the accounting of digital assets.
The startup boasts clients including Draper Associates, Nexo, Swissborg, Sandbox, AAVE and Consensys. Investment has been used to accelerate product development and to grow its reach. The company has also partnered with KPMG to help companies establish controls to better account for crypto assets.
