Role
Who you are
- As the Growth Marketing Lead, you will have experience of working in an early-stage startup in the growth marketing or acquisition function, developing a strategy and funnel for a UK B2B audience
- You will be confident in developing processes, strategies and a marketing plan from scratch with a limited budget
- You will have experience managing a budget and determining where it should best be allocated and measuring/improving ROI and CAC/LTV ratios
- You will have experience planning and executing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid social, paid search, SEO and email
- You will be hands-on and have the ability to execute the growth strategy
- You will have a strong data, process and analytical skill-set, as well as a naturally strategic mind and the ability to ruthlessly prioritise
- You will be growth-obsessed, willing to work at a fast pace and love the challenge of constantly iterating and improving on our growth strategy
What the job involves
- Responsible for creating an inbound machine to provide our sales team with MQLs
- Develop and implement creative campaigns and new acquisition methods to respond to user needs and wants. We want you to place Tally Market as the clear option in this market
- Drive leads through outbound paid social, ads, display, PR and other marketing activities
- Ownership of paid channels. Tracking and optimising search and social campaigns to core metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, and CAC amongst others
- You will be responsible for constantly testing and optimising our growth channels and campaigns to reduce ROI and improve CAC/LTV ratios
- Research demand for our products and services. Guide market segmentation, flywheel effects, ICP and persona development
- You will initially have one direct report but will look to manage and develop a small growth marketing team setting goals and deliverables

Since its launch, the company has grown exponentially and has secured funding from a group of prominent angel investors and startup veterans. Tally is in a strong position to accelerate company growth and customer acquisition and will continue to invest in its technology.
