Who you are
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as social media content creator
- Experience in managing two or more communication projects simultaneously
- Manage own workload and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working remotely, or with remote teams
- A ‘can-do’ attitude (we value pro-activity)
- Ability to motivate people to help with content creation
- Solid interest in learning about the ins and out of a service provider
- Stay on top of social media trends to make content timely and relevant
- Excellent copywriting skills for English social media channels (short and long format)
- Good knowledge in streaming setups for Twitch, YouTube and LinkedIn using OBS, Restream or other software
- Good knowledge in basic asset creation such as graphics in Adobe Suite or videos on mobile phone
- Good knowledge of the gaming industry to playfully connect with clients, partners, talent on Twitter and other channels
What the job involves
- Create and publish educating and entertaining content for marketing campaigns and on demand posts while keeping Keywords’ social media strategy in mind
- Ensure all social media posts are accessible for followers relying on screen readers or watching on a device with low / no volume turned on
- Facilitate (live) streaming on Keywords’ owned channels
- Support live coverage around industry events on owned channels (especially Twitter and Instagram) while building relationships with external partners, clients and industry thought leaders
- Monitor, reply to incoming comments and messages on all English social media channels
- Analyze the performance of all the different channels to make recommendations which social media channels to build out, what content to produce, etc
- Escalate social media crisis topics to help maintain the brand’s reputation while delivering the best communication to our followers worldwide
- Brief creative team members in charge of social media designs, videos, or animations
- Join calls and discussions with internal teams worldwide to make sure all created content is relevant for their communication goals, factually correct, and on brand
- Document the latest social media best practices and facilitate training where needed
