Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of Motion Design experience (eg. creation of motion graphics for Facebook, Youtube, TikTok)
- Work experience in Performance Marketing Design is a must
- Performance Mindset (optimization and number driven) - KPI, CPC, CPM, CAC are not new to you
- High level of experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Fast learner and great collaborator
- Native German speaker
- Strong communication skills and team player mindset
- Eye for detail and design
- Organizational talent who is open for feedback
- Creative mindset and output driven working style
- Always up to date with newest trends in design and marketing
- You should be used to use Data as foundation for iterations and creative decisions
- Experiences with the standard tools like After Effects & Photoshop is a must
What the job involves
- As part of the Performance Marketing Department, the desired person will work on creative production and conception for our marketing channels (eg. Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Display, TikTok) and will play an important role in the future growth of Athletic Greens
- The creative spectrum includes: Advertisement videos in different formats and lengths (eg. Feed ads, stories, TikToks, Youtube Videos) and stills (eg. Banners & Animations)
- This role is all about performance driven creative creation in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will be creative, experienced, numbers driven, highly organized and collaborative
- Own the creative production/creation/post-production process for our Performance Marketing channels
- Create and iterate stunning and performing ads
- Analyze current creative performance and adjust based on learnings
- Build iterations of existing creatives
- Develop our testing/iteration roadmap
- Lead motion design projects
- Work closely with performance marketing department and have close collaboration
- Maximize output and adjust creatives to channel specifics
- Share creative learnings and insights with other departments
- Be responsible for file structure and organization
- Stay up to date regarding newest creative trends and platforms
- Localize us creatives and adjust to european needs
- Give and receive input and creative inspiration
