Role
Who you are
- You have several years of experience as financial accountant / accounting manager - preferably in an international team
- You have experience with our ERP systems Oracle Netsuite
- Very good knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel
- You`re excited to (further) develop our structures and processes
- You have a hands-on mentality in combination with an analytical, independent and self-organized way of working
- You are fluent in spoken and written English - Knowledge of Portuguese is desirable
What the job involves
- Be part of a global Team of Accountants and help us to implement new processes for the American market!
- You coordination of the accounting for our US subsidiary:
- You handle the accounting daily business
- You prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to US-GAAP
- You clarify accounting and tax issues
- You`re the contact person for internal departments, tax advisors and auditors
- Participation in special projects and reporting
- Coordination of the accounting for our Brazilian subsidiary:
- You handle the accounting daily business
- You support our tax advisor with the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to BRAZIL-GAAP
- You support our tax advisor with clarification of accounting and tax issues
- You`re the contact person for internal departments, tax advisors and auditors
- Participation in special projects and reporting
