What the job involves
- As a Customer Onboarding Manager, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the onboarding process for new customers in the UK and Ireland. This dynamic position offers the flexibility to work remotely from home (and, of course, you’re always welcome to work from our London/Ghent office), while also requiring extensive travel across both countries to personally visit customers on a weekly basis
- Be in close contact with our customers to understand their existing workflows and their needs and where Qargo can contribute and optimize
- Guide our customers through the onboarding process and make sure that they experience a smooth implementation of our software
- Be the first point of contact when our client needs support and you’ll check in with them regularly
- Continually improve our solutions guide and knowledge base
- Document all your findings in a detailed and structured way and communicate them with the other teams
- Assist in the pre-sales phase by analyzing potential client’s needs and providing technical support to our business development team during demos
- Work closely with the other departments at Qargo like engineering, sales and product. You’ll travel across the UK and Ireland on a regular basis
