Head of Marketing, Sunsave

• 4+ years marketing experience
• Experience in various marketing roles and you’ve worn many different hats including; brand, content, performance
• Confidence using data to drive key marketing decisions, whether it's to understand users and identify opportunities or explore if your efforts are delivering value
• Customer-obsessed, proactive by nature, can move between high strategy and small details, relish problem-solving, want the ability to think creatively, and love the satisfaction of awesome execution
• Naturally curious and a smart-thinker who wants to really understand a product and customers, rather than wanting to simply execute a playbook
• Deep understanding of A/B testing and growth experimentation frameworks that you can apply across multiple channels
• Previous hands-on experience with a wide range of analytics, marketing and automation tools (e.g.) Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook, Mixpanel, Intercom, Segment & Optimizely
• Exceptional content writing skills

Desirable

• This is a 360 degree marketing role touching all parts of the candidate journey - from Acquisition tactics and CRO, to CRM, Product Marketing and everything in between
• You’ll create experiments to test landing pages and different signup flows to increase conversion rates
• You’ll have a very customer-centric approach to growth using both quantitative and qualitative techniques to inform customer segmentation, develop personas and measure customer success
• You’ll be able to work with data and go into the funnel, the conversion metrics and find ways to improve them, working closely with our sales and product functions
• You’ll create engaging content to help encourage engagement and conversion on paid social channels
• You’ll Plan and run campaigns across various channels (Facebook, Google Ads)
• You’ll conduct market intelligence on our competitors, pricing and marketing efforts
• This is an early-stage startup so you’ll be very much hands on in the day to day running of all things marketing
• This role reports to the CEO and controls a large budget - you will be instrumental in planning, prioritising, researching, budgeting and setting KPIs for all marketing initiatives
