Role
Who you are
- You are an experienced B2C marketing professional, having managed and scaled B2C team(s)
- You have strong digital marketing skills with expert SEO knowledge as well as good experience of performance marketing channels and running compelling multi-channel acquisition and engagement campaigns
- You have a track record of taking an existing B2C marketing team and successful setup, and scaling it to new heights
- You have the ability to work seamlessly between marketing and product
- You have experience marketing to a Gen Z audience

What the job involves
- As our Head of B2C Marketing, you will take full ownership of our B2C strategy in the UK to ensure we continue to expand our lead in the market
- In particular, you will be responsible for our overall student acquisition, brand awareness, and member engagement strategies, whilst effectively managing our high performing B2C marketing team
- You’ll work collaboratively with our Chief Marketing Officer to unify our B2C strategy across our Bright Network Platform and Technology Academy businesses, whilst also having the opportunity to collaborate with our International team on impactful ideas for successful marketing campaigns
- You will take ownership of our overall student acquisition strategy across our organic channels,, performance marketing, partnerships, out of doors / campus and referrals
- You will drive the engagement of members on the website (in close collaboration with product & tech), in our community and via email, building journeys to maximise both NPS and engagement with employers
- You will position and message our member proposition as a whole effectively, as well as each of our products & services
- You will ensure that our brand continues to grow, focusing on combining our growth and brand efforts whilst conveying a strong narrative throughout campaigns
- You will set tracking and reporting, developing clear insights on our audiences, campaigns and competition
- You will lead and manage a high performing B2C marketing team across Content & SEO, Performance marketing, Campaigns and Community
- You will be accountable for B2C budget ownership

- 1st round: 60-minute competency interview with our Chief Marketing Officer
- 2nd round: Presentation, followed by Values & Culture panel interview
- Final round: Meeting with the CEO of our Bright Network Platform and other B2C team members
