Role
Who you are
- 7+ years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or related B2B SaaS roles
- Expertise in marketing automation – Proficiency in HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, and Salesforce for lead flow and automation
- Strong SQL skills; Python or R is a plus
- Experience with Tableau, Looker Studio, and data visualization tools
- Knowledge of attribution modeling, segmentation, and machine learning applications in marketing
- Strategic communication & leadership – Ability to present insights clearly, influence stakeholders, and drive business decisions
What the job involves
- The Director of Marketing Operations will lead marketing technology, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making to improve pipeline efficiency and revenue impact
- This role collaborates with demand generation, revenue operations, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution, attribution, and performance tracking
- Marketing technology & automation – Manage and optimize the MarTech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, ZoomInfo, VWO, HighSpot) to support scalable execution
- Process optimization – Streamline workflows and system integrations to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead scoring & lifecycle management – Implement and refine lead enrichment, scoring, compliance, and routing to improve lead quality and conversion
- Marketing attribution & spend optimization – Own and refine attribution models (multi-touch, first/last touch, MMM) to evaluate campaign performance and optimize spend allocation
- Data insights & reporting – Develop dashboards and reports to track pipeline impact, optimize investments, and inform strategy
- Support ABM & intent-based targeting – Enable predictive analytics, database enrichment, and account-level engagement tracking to improve targeting and personalization
- Compliance & data governance – Monitor lead accuracy, ensure seamless handoff to sales, and enforce GDPR, CCPA, and internal governance policies

EcoVadis provides business sustainability ratings with the aim of creating a global marketplace where sustainability intelligence influences every business decision.
EcoVadis has devised a criteria based on international sustainable development standards. The criteria considers specific challenges, geographical location and company size to create its rating, ensuring its ratings reflect the company as fairly as possible. The main objective of the rating is to measure the quality of a company’s CSR management system through its policies, actions, and results.
This concept is increasingly pertinent given the emphasis placed on sustainability by consumers, and so EcoVadis are smartly targeting this key area. It currently operates with 90,000 companies of all sizes across more than 200 industries in 160 countries, highlighting the importance of the ratings it provides.
