Our take

Social media is increasingly popular as a marketing platform and is also a good place for businesses to recruit new talent. Wonderkind recognises that sometimes the most suitable candidates may not be actively looking for a new role and so targeting adverts to these people may cause them to reconsider their current role in favour of a new one.

Wonderkind has curated an innovative Talent Attraction Technology that automates social media campaigns. The platform guides companies to develop a Talent Attraction strategy that fulfills business goals and supports in hitting campaign targets.

The technology shows ads to the desired candidates, even if they’re not actively looking for a role. The tech understands job-seekers online behaviour and what their interests are. The process is simplified so campaigns are published on Facebook, Instagram, and Google, without the traditional hassle of managing multiple platforms.
