Who you are
- 0-1 years of experience with a desire to learn new skills in the software industry
- Strong project and time management as well as organizational skills

- B2B SaaS (Software as a Service) Customer Success, Account Management, consulting and/or sales experience is highly valued

What the job involves
- As a Customer Success Representative at Radancy, you’ll work collaboratively to ensure the satisfaction and retention of our customers by providing exceptional customer service and support of our cloud-based platform
- Interacting daily with your customers and teams, you’ll help execute data-driven strategies that fully maximize ROI across our Radancy Talent Acquisition Cloud
- Your elevated customer relations skills, resourcefulness, and ongoing eagerness to learn will drive success in this role. This entry level role is your gateway to many different career paths at Radancy
- Collaborate with Customer Success team members to manage all assigned tasks to achieve customer goals and key performance indicators (KPIs):
- Create insertion orders and project request forms to administer media and programmatic requests
- Ensure internal and customer meetings are scheduled, productive and accurately documented for future reference
- Maintain accurate data and project details and enter into billing and ticketing systems
- Support ongoing project efforts to ensure our Radancy Talent Acquisition Cloud is a productive part of your customers’ strategy
- Provide excellent customer service and support through effective communication and a high attention to detail
- Keep up to date with product developments and best practices
