Front End Software Developer, BlueVoyant

• BlueVoyant Innovation and Enablement are seeking a talented and motivated Front-End Developer with strong experience in TypeScript, CSS, and proficiency in a popular reactivity framework (Vue, React, Svelte, Angular, Astro) to join our MDR service team
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and dynamic user interfaces
• This role requires the ability to work independently, conduct research into emerging technologies, and adapt to changing requirements
• The successful candidate will also be skilled in rapidly prototyping solutions
• You are a self-starter who is passionate about crafting intuitive, useful and performant user experiences
• You often wonder what the next emerging UI patterns will look like; unwilling to accept a future where generative AI is reduced to a textbox and chat messages
• You embrace new tools, concepts, and have an appreciation for all frameworks with little bias (other than personal familiarity)
• You understand and can identify technical debt: as a business strategy vs a potential bad design choice that scales with the codebase
• Proven experience in front-end development using Vue with TypeScript
• Proven experience developing Azure hosted applications is a plus
• Strong understanding of modern front-end design principles and best practices
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Pinia, Redux, MobX)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong research skills and a passion for learning new technologies

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end applications and browser extensions using Vue + TypeScript for our MDR services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Conduct research into upcoming technologies and integrate them into projects
• Rapidly prototype solutions to validate concepts and ideas
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies
• Implement a/b test experiments and application use metrics for continuous application improvements
