Who you are
- 5+ years account management experience
- Experiences in SaaS based solutions
- Fluent English

What the job involves
- Identify the whitespace within the Book of Business to drive upsell & cross sell opportunities based on sales targets
- Manage the end-to-end process of contract renewals and discussions on price increases
- Establish multiple strategic relationships with the budget holders and key decision makers within the account
- Develop a deep understanding of the customers strategic objectives, challenges and expectations
- Consistent track record of driving high retention & growth within the customer base
- Track their usage and adoption, and offer insights to optimize their utilization of 1WorldSync product and services across the portfolio
- Maintain regular communication with customers through emails, phone calls, meetings, and Quarterly Business Reviews to keep them engaged
- Implement strategies to reduce customer churn and assist in developing win-back campaigns for previously churned customers
- Encourage satisfied customers become advocates for the product, and encourage their participation in testimonials, case studies, and referrals
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices and competitive landscape to better serve and advise customers
