Role
Who you are
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, or similar degree or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience working with clients in a pre-sales solution focused role
- An affinity for technology and ability to communicate solutions and value with a wide audience of customers including Technical IT, Financial and Executives
- Working knowledge of NinjaOne Products, best practices, and use cases and the ability to create solutions to one off issues
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain our products or services to customers and prospects
- Guide our customers through the implementation of the NinjaOne solution
- Work closely with our sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
- Partner with our account management department to meet the needs of our existing customers
- The ability to be adaptive to an ever-changing environment, where you are constantly improving yourself, your team and our processes
- High levels of organization in your workflows - you understand what it means to work with lots of customers and to prioritizse and manage your time efficiently

What the job involves
- Enterprise Solutions Architects are responsible for guiding our customers and users to design and build reliable, scalable systems using the NinjaOne platform of products
- Our team is made up of seasoned problem solvers- software architects, entrepreneurs, and engineers who take direct responsibility for customer success, including the design of their software, deployment, and operations
- You'll work closely with out sales reps and play a key role in winning deals and driving the business forward
- Partner with the sales team as the solutions expert, guiding clients through the sales process and through successful implementation
- Support the sales team with activities such as technical discovery, demos, presentation, sizing, and documentation of technical decision criteria; working across a number of opportunities in parallel
- Implement and maintain technology toolkits to drive compelling demonstrations and POCs
- Translate technical concepts and patterns into business benefits
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain our products or services to customers and prospects
- Guide our customers through the implementation of the NinjaOne solution
- Partner with our customers through the implementation of the NinjaOne solution
- Travel as needed to prospects and clients
- Other duties as needed

The platform helps enhance security measures and ensure optimal performance across various endpoints through a variety of products from vulnerability patch management to cloud backups for multi-tenants.
