What the job involves

Seek AI is hiring a Staff Research Scientist to push the state-of-the-art in our field of AI and set new records that are quantifiably and historically significant
Shape and define research projects that enhance and expand our models' performance on key metrics
Design and implement experiments that will drive the development of novel algorithms and refine existing techniques
Interpret experimental results to inform future projects and research goals
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in LLM agents (recent examples include MCTSr, STaR/Quiet-STaR and PRM), and integrate cutting-edge methods into our work
Partner with the product team to transfer concepts from research into production
