AI Infrastructure Software Engineering, Salesforce

• This role requires high technical skills along with a strong affinity for architecture, Infra scaling, performance, and Infrastructure development to improve the performance and scalability of systems
• A related technical degree required
• SMTS 3+/LMTS 6+/PMTS 8+ years of software infrastructure development or DevOps experience
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes, ability to manage, upgrade and support a fleet of Kubernetes services
• Knowledge of AWS Sagemaker, Bedrock, Vertex AI, Azure AI to empower AI infrastructure
• Knowledge of most used AWS services
• Hands-on experience in building and delivering robust and scalable solutions using AWS platform services
• Solid DevOps skill sets (Terraform, CI/CD, spinnaker)
• Familiarity with DevOps/SRE principles
• Excellent engineering skills, strong communication skills
• Ability to complete tasks “End to End” - from design and implementation to continuous deployment in production
• Strong cloud security and standard processes for cloud infrastructure management - required for PMTS level

• Build a large-scale infrastructure to support the AI Platform for Salesforce Engineers and Data Scientists
• Utilize the best architecture/capabilities across different underlying platforms while avoiding duplication of functionality (i.e., one implementation of each significant component) and building shared services across multiple applications
• Develop software solutions by studying information needs, and systems flow, data usage, and work processes, investigating problem areas, following the software development lifecycle
• Support software engineers by providing advice, coaching, and educational opportunities
