Who you are

Be comfortable with the responsibility of leading our revenue strategy to drive our continued rapid growth (currently at $25m gross revenue, and has doubled each year since inception)
Experience working in a rapidly scaling business
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a revenue/sales/performance marketing roles

Desirable

Experience in any travel companies or platforms is a plus

What the job involves

This role will be responsible for our revenue strategy holistically, reporting directly to the CEO
Optimise online distribution channels in data-driven ways
Identify and evaluate new revenue opportunities and technologies to enhance Bocobay’s revenue streams
