Bachelor’s degree
1-2 years of BDR or inside sales experience, preferably at a technology company, with a track record of top performance
Experience working in HR/ HR tech a huge plus

What the job involves

As a Business Development Representative at ModerLoop, you will drive our future growth by working with the Account Executive team to drive outbound activity
The ideal candidate will be excited about prospecting to potential customers and can communicate our value proposition
Utilize proven outbound/BDR strategies to secure meetings at target accounts for our Account Executives
Collaborate with Account Executives, Chief Revenue Officer and Marketing to grow our commercial pipeline
Develop creative and effective outbound campaigns from idea-generation through execution with the vision to scale them
Keep lead information updated in our CRM
Build out target prospect lists and input in the CRM
Experience using hubspot, salesloft, salesforce or outreach
