Who you are

No prior experience is required — we value enthusiasm, proactivity, and attention to detail
Final-year student or recent graduate in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Business or similar
Fluent in Spanish and English (required); French is a plus
Basic proficiency in design tools: Canva and similar platforms
Comfortable with standard office tools: PowerPoint, Word, Google Workspace
Proactive, creative, organised and eager to learn
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail

What the job involves

We are looking for a Communications Intern to support the Communication team at Veepee Spain. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real experience in corporate communications and event management within a fast-paced, international environment
Communications:
Support in drafting and proofreading internal and external content (announcements, memos, presentations)
Publishing content across internal communication channels (email, chat & intranet)
Tracking and updating editorial calendars and communication plans
Support in the creation of basic graphic materials using design tools (Canva)
Events:
Support in the organisation and logistics of internal events (meetings, team buildings, celebrations)
Supplier coordination: requesting quotes, following up on deliveries
Creating follow-up documents: timelines, checklists and post-event summaries
Research and benchmarking of trends in events and corporate communications
General support:
Administrative and coordination support to the Communications team
Managing contact and supplier databases
Support in the preparation of reports and internal presentations
