Who you are
- Strong experience in a managing director or director-level role, preferably within enterprise sales, innovation, strategic partnerships, product strategy, or business development within fintech, digital assets, or financial services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding production targets in complex, consultative selling environments
- Deep understanding of both traditional finance (capital markets, banking infrastructure) and Bitcoin/blockchain technologies
- Exceptional ability to lead teams and coordinate efforts across departments, fostering a collaborative work environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and executive audiences
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations at multiple levels
What the job involves
- We’re seeking a Director of Enterprise Solutions to join our growing enterprise solutions team
- This is a production-focused role with revenue targets, designed for someone who can bridge the worlds of Bitcoin-native infrastructure and traditional financial services
- You’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating enterprise go-to-market efforts, leading customer engagements, and ultimately driving adoption of Blockstream’s products across institutions
- This role reports directly to the VP of Enterprise Products
- Own and deliver against enterprise-level production targets tied to product sales and partnerships
- Onboard, mentor and coordinate a team of account executives/BDRs, helping them navigate the complex intersection of digital assets and traditional finance
- Take the lead in high-impact meetings initiated by account executives with institutional clients across banking, asset management, and fintech
- Establish and cultivate executive and board-level relationships with decision-makers at traditional financial institutions
- Representing Blockstream at industry events where you have cultivated relationships in traditional finance throughout your career
- Collaborate and ensure alignment across the enterprise unit on shared objectives and educate your colleagues on the relevant tradfi players in the bitcoin economy

Bitcoin’s blockchain shows great potential to form the future foundation of financial infrastructure. However, working in advanced areas such as Bitcoin mining, asset issuance, and the Lightning Network goes beyond the fundamental framework, and requires expensive assistance from blockchain engineers. Blockstream develops technology to make it easier for businesses and individuals to make use of the Bitcoin blockchain, opening it up to a wider range of users.
Blockstream's offerings include tech to help people utilize advanced technology within the Bitcoin blockchain, including microtransactions on the Lightning Network, enterprise-class Bitcoin miner hosting, and layer-2 digital asset issuance. The company also provides Blockstream Satellite, a technology that leverages satellites to stream blockchain transactions without the internet, preventing them from being disrupted by connection loss.
Whilst the technology Blockstream is facilitating access to already exists, the company has smartly recognized the inaccessibility of its advanced features, and found its niche in providing an easier way to work with the technology. Recently, the company raised significant investment that will enable it to expand its Bitcoin mining facilities - notably into Japan - amid increasing demand for large-scale hosting services.
