- 2+ years of quota-carrying SaaS selling experience
- A confident hunter mindset paired with consultative selling abilities

- Experience handling both inbound and self-generated sales efforts

What the job involves
- In this role, you'll be part of a high-performance SaaS sales team that connects daily with small business owners ready to modernize how they hire and manage their teams. You'll handle a rapid sales cycle — reaching hundreds of prospects each week, running tight discovery calls, and closing deals that help small businesses save time and run more efficiently. - You'll sharpen your sales craft in a fast-paced environment where speed, precision, and persistence are the keys to success. From day one, you'll receive structured onboarding and ongoing training, including hands-on guidance with our latest AI tools, so you feel fully supported as you ramp up and continue to grow

- Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close, with high-intent, pre-qualified owners queued up for you
- Run tight, consultative discovery calls that get to the heart of how each business hires and operates
- Balance inbound demand with self-sourced opportunities, guided by our GTM strategy
- Hold 10–15 productive business conversations per day
- Partner with SDR teams to maximize conversion and build pipeline together
- Work with proprietary AI tools built specifically for this team — not off-the-shelf, not optional
- Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and clean opportunity management
- Act with urgency and a strong bias toward action

Homebase provides employees and businesses with time tracking applications, with a range of other HR functionality built in. Homebase automates the process of managing employee scheduling and also helps companies improve internal communications.
The company contributes to the reduction of paperwork in an office by turning an array of devices into time clocks that track hours and overtime, while also providing payroll support. This makes it easier for companies to remain in sync, running a more efficient operation as a result.
